Thanks for stopping by! I'm an educator, mother of three boys, and practicing Mogi. My background brings a unique experience to the table. I specialize in providing individualized programs for school-aged children and their families. I'm a licensed middle school teacher, and I hold a 100 hr mindfulness certification through Dharma Moon, 200 hr yoga certification through Breathe for Change, and Little Flower Yoga certification. I'm also a Mindful Schools practitioner.
I'm currently a part-time school librarian and teach moga to students and adults. When I'm not on the mat, you can find me baking sweet treats, walking in nature, reading, or cuddling my dogs.
